Once a bright scholarship student in Tanzania through our organization, Make A Difference Now http://www.GoMADNow, and now a driven professional working on her career at Deloitte in London, giving back to help others rise.

We still remember when Esther joined our program years ago — full of curiosity, hope, and determination to create a better future. Watching her grow into a confident leader, studying at the University of Edinburgh, and now returning to empower others through our hashtag#BusinessEmpowerment Program, is nothing short of inspiring.

Stories like Esther’s are why we do what we do to help youth with their education and get jobs. Education opens doors. Mentorship lights the way. And when those we’ve supported come back to lift others, that’s when real change multiplies.
