Learning HubA Permanent Education Center in Tanzania
Help us build a lasting home for education, digital learning, and youth empowerment in Usa River, Tanzania.
For years, students in our BE Program have learned in temporary, under-resourced spaces. Despite limited lighting, lack of infrastructure, and environments not designed for learning, they have continued to show up, grow, and succeed.
Now, it is time to build something permanent.
The Problem We Are Solving
Throughout Arusha and Moshi as well as surrounding communities, young people face significant barriers to education and employment readiness:
Limited access to computers and digital training
Inconsistent and under-resourced classrooms
Lack of structured job and business training environments
In the past, we have worked wherever space was available—even when conditions were far from ideal. While we have achieved strong outcomes, the lack of a dedicated facility has limited how many students we can serve and how deeply we can support them.
Our Solution: The Learning Hub
We are building a permanent Learning Hub in Tanzania, a dedicated space for education, skills training, and community development.
This Hub will become the foundation for our Business Empowerment (BE) Program and future education initiatives.
Phase One Includes:
Dedicated classrooms and learning spaces
Computer lab for digital literacy training
Teaching and presentation technology
Safe bathroom facilities
Sustainability gardens and hands-on learning spaces
This is a long-term investment in opportunity, dignity, and self-reliance.
Why This Matters
The Learning Hub will allow us to:
Provide consistent, high-quality education year-round
Expand access to digital literacy and computer skills
Strengthen job readiness and entrepreneurship training
Improve student outcomes and employment pathways
Create a safe, structured environment for learning and growth
Most importantly, it gives students something they have never consistently had:
a space designed for them to succeed.
Project Investment
We are raising funds to complete Phase One of the Learning Hub:
$55,000 USD – Land acquisition in Usa River, Tanzania
$200,000 USD – Construction of the Learning Hub, including classrooms, technology, sanitation, and sustainability gardens
Total Project Cost: $255,000 USD
Long-Term Impact
Once completed, the Learning Hub will serve hundreds of students annually and create lasting community impact through:
Education and job readiness training
Digital skills development
Entrepreneurship and business training
Sustainability and agriculture education
Community engagement and local partnerships
This is a scalable model that can be expanded to other regions in the future.
From Temporary Spaces to a Permanent Future
